I really liked that scene because she asked what was that really about, she was willing to have that talk, he dismissed ("we're okay, Parker" they know they're not). That's why I think she will be very hurt when she knows that Nathan is having "a thing" with Jordan... What do you think he meant with "stay with Duke"? Was he just being jealous? PS: I know it should be in the "double jeopardy" thread, but I thought we should have a thread only for this pairing.

I think he was being snide. He hasn't been happy that Audrey has been spending time with Duke and letting him help out on cases. Part of me thinks this whole Jordan thing is Nathan being like 'Fine, you want to pair up with Duke, I'll go off on my own and try to figure out how to save you.'
I think he's really hurt by Audrey pushing him away and I think he's really scared about the possibility of losing her. He's not the best with expressing his emotions and so he's lashing out instead.

(that was the scene where I was screaming 'bullsh*t' and 'you dirty liar' at my TV) Hurt and very, very betrayed. Which I think lends itself to the theory that the sky is going to open up and they'll set the butthurt feelings aside on both sides to unite against the bigger threat. Then possibly regroup and actually talk after the dust settles. But I could be completely wrong.
